2 Working Days Dispatch
Orders are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
2–5 Days Delivery
Expected delivery across most pin codes in India within 2–5 working days post-dispatch via reputed couriers.
Prepaid, COD & Tracked
Pay online or choose Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹1,500 at serviceable PIN codes. Every shipment is tracked — follow it anytime from the Track Order page.
Secure Garment Packaging
Suits, sherwanis, and kurtas are securely boxed and bagged with premium protective packaging.

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
In-Transit Delivery Time
After dispatch, the order is expected to be delivered within approximately 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed during weekends, national holidays, or festive periods may require additional processing and transit time.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier logistics, weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond POSHAAK's control.
Address Verification & Delivery Integrity
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout, including recipient name, complete street address, landmark, PIN code, and active phone number.
Address Changes: Once an order is confirmed and packaging has begun, address corrections may not be possible. Please notify support immediately on WhatsApp (+91 6366515757) if an urgent address change is needed before dispatch.
Mandatory Opening Video Reminder
To protect your purchase against any damage during shipping, please record a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being unboxed, starting with the sealed package and courier label visible. Any transit-related damage claims must be submitted with this video within 24 hours of delivery.
