Consultation & Pricing
Our team reviews details, shares fabric swatches, calculates tiered bulk pricing, and assists with sizing.
Final Reconfirmation
A 2-step verification is obtained. After final reconfirmation, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Prepaid Fulfillment & Dispatch
Payment is completed in advance. Garments are stitched, pressed, quality-inspected, and dispatched securely.
Order Verification & Final Confirmation
All customisation and bulk order requests will be reviewed and verified by the POSHAAK team after the customer submits the required details.
Once reviewed, our specialist will contact you to reconfirm all details: product specifications, quantity, sizes or measurements, fabric, customisation, pricing, and expected delivery timeline.
A second and final confirmation will be obtained from the customer by our team before the order is processed.
After Final Confirmation:
- No cancellation will be permitted.
- No refund will be provided.
- No return will be accepted.
- No exchange will be provided.
- No changes to size, measurements, quantity, colour, design, fabric, or customisation requirements will be permitted.
